Refund Policy

Important

All sales on FlowVerify are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments or credit purchases. Please review our plans carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refund Policy

FlowVerify, operated by DeeRef Labs Private Limited, maintains a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments, plan upgrades, and credit purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation or downgrade:

  • Your current plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to all features of your current plan until the billing cycle ends.
  • After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free plan or the downgraded plan.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • Any unused envelopes or features from your current billing period will not carry over.

3. FlowVerify Credits

Purchased FlowVerify credits are non-refundable. Credits are used for Aadhaar eSign transactions and SMS services. Once purchased, credits remain in your account and never expire, but they cannot be converted back to monetary value or refunded.

4. Free Plan

FlowVerify offers a generous Free plan with 10 envelopes per month at no cost. We encourage all users to try the Free plan before committing to a paid subscription. The Free plan allows you to evaluate the platform's features and determine if it meets your needs without any financial risk.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error (such as being charged twice for the same period, or being charged after a successful cancellation), please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit to your account.

6. Service Disruptions

In the event of prolonged, unscheduled service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that are solely attributable to FlowVerify, affected paid subscribers may request a service credit for the affected period. Service credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not refundable as cash.

7. Account Termination by FlowVerify

If FlowVerify terminates your account for reasons other than a violation of our Terms of Service, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a pro-rated service credit for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided if your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of FlowVerify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
