An envelope is one send-for-signature transaction. It includes the document you upload and all signature requests to multiple recipients. For example, sending a contract to 3 people to sign counts as 1 envelope.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan to continue sending. Unused envelopes do not roll over to the next month.
Yes. FlowVerify digital signatures comply with India's IT Act 2000. Aadhaar eSign is valid under Section 3A of the IT Act. All signatures come with a tamper-proof audit trail and completion certificate.
Aadhaar eSign lets signers authenticate using their Aadhaar-linked OTP. It's included in Business (10/month) and Business Plus (50/month) plans. Additional usage costs 20 credits (₹20) per signature.
